"Ran the wash machine on Saturday on my way out the door. Came home to find both my bathrooms covered in standing water with toilets that would not flush. Not knowing if I needed a plumber or someone who worked on septic systems, I made my first call to Macken. It was after 7:00 on a Saturday evening. I was planning on leaving myself on their voicemail to try to get an appointment early the following week. To my surprise, a knowledgeable woman answered the phone, helped me diagnose my problem, and had a team out to my house first thing on Monday morning. Two gentlemen came out, had to dig through a bunch of my landscaping to find the opening to my septic system, and got my problem resolved in an hour. These guys were pros, and there was no attitude about having to do some manual labor. The price they quoted me was more than fair too. From office to field crew, these people are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about the treatment I got from them."
