"We had just bought a new home and only weeks later we started to have issues with the septic. We were referred to Macken who promptly answered the phone and figured out the best course of action. That morning they came out and cleared snow and located the tank, which being a new first time home owner I wasn't too sure where it was or how they would accomplish the task. They located it, knew just what to do and had my issue fixed within the hour! I appreciate the service more than they know and am very thankful that the 2 gentlemen that came out knew just what to do. I will now be a loyal customer and refer them to whomever may be needing their services!"

"I don't even know what to say. When we found out we needed a new septic tank, we weren't thrilled, but knew we had no control over it. I really didn't know what to expect. I knew that our backyard needed to be dug up, but I didn't realize how close the rock was to the surface, and how much jack hammering would have to go on. We encountered some problems during the process, and at one point, we had Macken, The Town of Clarence, The Erie County Health Department, and The Erie County Water Authority here all at the same time. The original plan had nothing to do with the front yard, but now more than half our front yard is dug up. Macken has been beyond wonderful in this process. They took total control over the situation, letting us know updates as they knew them. They contacted the departments that needed to be contacted and got the job done the RIGHT way. I highly recommend Macken for all your septic needs!"
