Fantastic Service
"My septic stopped working this morning, I left a message on their website about 5 am, and was called at 7 am. They were at my house before 11 and done by 12, the tank was very packed and was in desperate need of draining. They were absolutely perfect and professional they were fast and everything worked great. I will always call them when I have issues, maintenance, or upgrades. Thanks again!"

"If you don't read this full review I will preface by saying. Absolutely call Macken and see what they can do for you. The 1st time a company comes out and does an incredible job you take notice. The 2nd time they knock it out of the park, they deserve your business forever. Macken fit us into their busy schedule and managed to squeeze us in on the same day. The woman on the phone was cordial and professional in a way that several other services just were not. You don't always learn from your service providers but Paul was the exception. He went above and beyond, even giving me a few pointers on the interim maintenance of my system. We've now had them here 2 times and I will be calling them again in the future. Excellent workmanship, excellent Price (in my opinion), and excellent company overall. Thank you, to the Macken Team!"

"MACKEN SERVICES, INC WAS EXCELLENT, WORTH EVERY PENNY, ONE CALL, CAME AS SCHEDULED, CLEANED TANK THROUGHLY, PROVIDED A RECEIPT & REMINDER! I WILL NEVER CALL JAZZ SEPTIC WHO DOES NOT CLEAN TANK AS NEEDED ALSO LISTS GHOSTS OFFICES IN AREAS THAT NEVER EXISTED TO DEFRAUD CUSTOMERS THAT PREFER SUPPORTING LOCAL BUSINESSES!"

"Ran the wash machine on Saturday on my way out the door. Came home to find both my bathrooms covered in standing water with toilets that would not flush. Not knowing if I needed a plumber or someone who worked on septic systems, I made my first call to Macken. It was after 7:00 on a Saturday evening. I was planning on leaving myself on their voicemail to try to get an appointment early the following week. To my surprise, a knowledgeable woman answered the phone, helped me diagnose my problem, and had a team out to my house first thing on Monday morning. Two gentlemen came out, had to dig through a bunch of my landscaping to find the opening to my septic system, and got my problem resolved in an hour. These guys were pros, and there was no attitude about having to do some manual labor. The price they quoted me was more than fair too. From office to field crew, these people are top notch. I cannot say enough good things about the treatment I got from them."
