"I called Monday AM because my septic system was backed up. They were already busy that day but two service techs came out after 6PM in a rain storm and worked until the job was done. You can't ask for better service than that."

"My septic backed up on Fathers Day & Macken was wonderful ! They figured out it was a tree root and fixed everything in 2 hours - they had to dig out two caps and seriously worked their butts off for two straight hours, in the rain ! I love this company. Everyone is so nice when you call & they dont over charge you . My whole bill was $163.00 - that is very reasonable & they did a great job ! I didn’t even know exactly where the caps they were ! I highly recommend them !"
