"I called Macken last winter when the business that previously took care of my system now only will do pump-outs. I found the same with others. This was what I considered an emergency repair.
Macken showed up when scheduled. The two men who came knocked themselves out doing a thorough and complete job in single digit temperatures. They were polite, knowledgeable, efficient, and professional. The cost was very reasonable.
I am thrilled with Macken who will be the septic servicing choice for me from this day on."

"I called Macken when i was having problems with water overflowing and running down my yard where my septic is located and they put me on their schedule to get my system pumped. They had an opening a couple of days later and were able to get me on their schedule sooner. When they got to my home they pointed out i had uncovered my gravel box and not my septic lid as that was where the water was coming from. They not only cleaned out my tank but also cleared my gravel box that had accumulated mud causing my problems. Everyone was very courteous and helpful"

You have a very difficult job working in the wet freezing cold temperatures it was 8 degrees today and you both smiled your way through the job. God bless you both!"
